How do I view/change the information on my profile?

In order to view/change your profile information, you will need to log into your profile using your username and password.

1. Go to the Program where you registered and/or certified


2. Log in using your existing credentials


3. Click the "profile" link in the upper-left of your dashboard


4. From the "Profile Information" menu, you can view and change your account details including:
   • Your first and last name
   • The e-mail address to which correspondence is sent
   • Your date of birth if applicable
   • Your security question and answer


5. From the "Reset Password" menu, you can change your password
